ML-powered injury prediction system classifying player injury risk levels using performance metrics and workload data.
The Challenge
Football clubs needed to shift from reactive injury handling to predictive risk assessment, enabling coaching and medical staff to make proactive decisions protecting player health.
Our Solution
Developed machine learning models (Random Forest, XGBoost, MLP) with SMOTE for class imbalance. Built interactive Streamlit UI for real-time predictions accessible to non-technical staff.
